Services & Fees

THERAPY

Lily provides individual therapy online via Telehealth for adults. She is making a slow transition back to work after maternity leave, with availability on Monday & Wednesday’s via Telehealth. Her books are currently full but she is taking a waitlist.

Initial and Subsequent Session Fee

$300 for the initial 90-minute intake appointment

$250 for all ongoing 50-minute appointments

It may be noted that the current recommended fee schedule set by the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi) is $330 for a 46-60 minute psychology session. Lily continues to strive to make therapy as accessible as possible, remaining well below this recommended fee.

MENTORING

Mentoring is where we get to slow things down a little. It’s a space to think out loud about your study pathway, what kind of psychologist you’d like to be, the translation from study to working and the parts of this work that don’t always get said in formal supervision.

We might talk about:

  • Private practice/setting up your own business

  • Boundaries, burnout, and how to actually sustain this work

  • Finding your own style as a therapist (without trying to do it “right”)

This is mentoring, not supervision, so there’s no reporting, no sign-offs, and no ticking boxes for the Psychology Board of Australia. Just a thoughtful, honest space to grow.

If this sounds like the kind of space you’ve been looking for, you can complete the intake form or get in touch to see if it’s a good fit.

Medicare Safety Nets

Please be aware that for individuals and families accessing Psychology, you may want to contact Medicare to find out if you have met the Medicare threshold. If your gap and out of pocket costs meet the threshold, you’ll start getting higher Medicare benefits. This means you’ll get more money back from Medicare services (approx 85-100%).

Clients have said they feel heard, comfortable and supported by me.

Although a scary step, starting therapy has been one of the best decisions most clients have made. Therapy can be life changing.
