Lily Robinson
Clinical Psychologist/Director
Lily provides Telehealth Australia wide Mondays and Wednesdays only.
Hi! I’m Lily. I’m a Clinical Psychologist who works from a relational lens which really means I’m interested in the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. Together, we make sense of where these patterns come from, and gently shift them in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable. I often utilise schema therapy, some facets of CBT and/or ACT and DBT skills in sessions.
Becoming a mum has been one of the most significant transitions in my own life, and it’s something I feel deeply passionate about in my work. I love supporting women as they navigate the identity shifts, emotional complexity, and invisible load that often comes with motherhood.
